The core material advantage of galvanized ventilation ducts lies in the selection of high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel plates, which are reflected in the purity of the substrate, zinc layer process, and thickness control. Different thicknesses can accurately adapt to various scene requirements. The substrate is made of low-carbon cold-rolled steel plate with a carbon content of ≤ 0.12%, low impurity content, and a tensile strength of 345-510MPa, ensuring that the pipeline is not easily cracked or deformed during processing, laying a good foundation for subsequent galvanizing processes. The zinc layer adopts hot-dip galvanizing process, with a thickness strictly controlled between 60-120 μ m. For ordinary environments, a 60-80 μ m zinc layer is selected, while for highly corrosive environments, a 100-120 μ m thick zinc layer is selected to ensure a balance between anti-corrosion performance and cost. The thickness selection follows the principle of "scene adaptation": for low-pressure ventilation scenarios such as residential and office areas, a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm is selected, which is lightweight and easy to install, with a single meter weight of only 3-5kg; for medium pressure ventilation systems such as shopping malls and hotels, a thickness of 0.8-1.0mm is selected, which balances strength and economy and can withstand wind pressure of 5-10kPa; For industrial dust removal, high-pressure air supply and other scenarios, a thickness of 1.0-1.5mm is selected, with a wind pressure resistance of 10-20kPa, to avoid pipeline deformation under high pressure. For example, the dust removal system in a steel plant uses 1.2mm galvanized pipes, which can withstand dust impact and high-pressure airflow for a long time, while the residential fresh air system can meet the requirements with 0.6mm pipes, achieving precise matching of material performance and scene requirements.
